REFUND AND RETURN POLICY — HOUSE OF HARRISON
At House of Harrison, we strive to provide all our customers with excellent service and an enjoyable shopping experience. Our refund and return policy has been carefully designed to ensure maximum satisfaction, subject to certain conditions.

We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, with the exception of promotional items. Sale items are excluded from this guarantee.
Return Costs and Administrative Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. House of Harrison does not reimburse these costs and is not responsible for any expenses incurred during the return process.
- Minimum return administrative fee: $10
- For orders over $100, a charge of 10% of the total order amount will apply instead of the flat fee
- These fees cover the processing, handling and inspection costs of returned items
- Defective or incorrectly sent items are exempt from these administrative fees
Return Window
Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Please respect this deadline in order to benefit from a return.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please make sure to choose correctly before making your purchase.

We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product has manufacturing defects, it can be returned for a full refund or an exchange, according to your preference.
No administrative fees will be applied for returns of defective or incorrectly sent items.
Order Cancellation
- Within 30 minutes: Cancellation will incur a fee of $20. For orders over $150, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply
- After 30 minutes: A return will be required to obtain a full refund, with return shipping and administrative fees at the customer's expense
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@house-harrison.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the process.
Returns that are not accompanied by a completed return form cannot be processed.
